Current Open Positions:

Head of Production
We are looking for someone to facilitate the smooth running of the production department on a day to day basis. You will oversee the implementation and timely delivery of key projects and ensure that all technical and qualitative requirements are met by content providers and the produced output. Experience required is a minimum of 5 years working within a production/broadcast environment.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience
• Management of the production team - Oversee the digital workflow, and ensure tasks are adequately assigned. Maintain and organise staff rotas and schedules.
• Liaise with the technology team to evolve the portal and content management systems
• Good technical knowledge of video and audio from broadcast, web and mobile standards
• Knowledge and experience of content processing and encoding specifications and their application to the mobile ecosystem

Consumer Propositions Developer
We have an opening in our Consumer Proposition Development team. The successful person will have ownership and responsibility for developing and implementing a variety of solutions to meet the requirements of both specific client briefs and in response to agreed market opportunities. The Consumer Proposition Developer is responsible for supporting the company’s revenue growth targets across both existing and new business.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience
• Develop creative propositions to meet the needs of the Company’s clients and agreed market opportunities.
• Ability to create compelling propositions to meet the needs of Network Operators and their consumers.
• Experience of working with Network Operators and/or Content Providers.
• Familiarity with video mobile portal technology, content management systems and consumption habits.
