Duncan Lewis, Chairman
Duncan is Senior Advisor in Telecommunications, Media and Technology to The Carlyle Group (www.carlyle.com). He is Chairman of AlanDick Limited (www.alandick.com) and of Euphony Holdings Limited (www.euphony.com). He is an independent director of CompleTel nv (www.completel.fr) where he also chairs the audit committee. He is a member of the board of the Twenty First Century Trust (www.21stcenturytrust.org).

Damian Mulcock, Chief Executive Officer
Damian has over 8 years of high level media, broadcast and mobile industry experience. He founded and ran a successful mobile video technology company SceneWorx before the company’s acquisition by Mobix in June 2006. Damian has been responsible for many firsts in the industry including the deployment and management of O2’s entire video service in 2003. He has also managed multiple media strategies both strategically and technically for clients such as the R&A (The Open Championship), Manchester United, Wimbledon and The America’s Cup.

Robert Gilham, Co-Founder
Co-founder of Mobix Interactive, Robert is a Chartered Accountant who trained and qualified with Deloitte Touche, London. Successful entrepreneur who has led a large number of successful new business launches.

Peter Read
Peter Read runs Entertainment Insights Limited. Clients include: Brand marketers: Samsung, Orange, Vodafone, Verizon, HP, Microsoft Xbox 360, American Express and Nokia. Agencies: OMD and JWT. Media companies: Skype, MTV Europe and Channel 4. Entertainment companies: Universal Studios, Fox, Sony Pictures, Disney, Paramount, MGM, Sony BMG and EMI. From 1999 to 2000 Peter ran the VNU/Neilsen Entertainment Information Group, led VNU’s acquisition of NRG and served on the NRG board. Prior to VNU, Peter was one of the founding team of Spectrum Strategy Consultants.

Charles Nasser
Charles Nasser is chief executive and founder of Claranet. In 8 years he's built it into one of Europe's largest independent Internet Service Providers operating in the UK, France, Germany and Spain. Charles has also been a director of a number of companies, private and public, including Capital Management and Investments Plc which raised £40m on AIM in 2000, and recently acquired Algeco in France with TDR capital for EUR634m. He was one of the founders of Mobix in 2002. Charles Nasser also walked to the North Pole in April 2004.
